I really like this case study because it follows the process that I follow in propagating a message.
1. They hosted an event and took lots of photos and video.
2. They then provided ways to share the content inspired by these events.
3. Created online communities of opinion leaders creating a sense of exclusivity and importance.
4. Continued communication with these people through email and SMS.
5. Measured the results indicating a Net Promoter Score of 67.3 after the campaign.
