I'm proud to announce that 22squared in partnership with digital agency FL-2 has completed a application for the 1 million fans on Buffalo Wild Wings Facebook Page. The application was based off consumer insights that reward those 'Rally Captains' who can rally their friends together on non-weekend nights to head out to a sports bar and enjoy the evening.
When I lived in Kansas City our Rally Captain was a User Experience Architect named Dave Nelson. Dave would rally the crew of 'single and looking' guys and girls together on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays to visit all the dive bars and nasty truck stops that he could find so we would have a story to share the next day. Dave was never rewarded for his hard work of building that social network together.
Buffalo Wild Wings is now rewarding people like Dave through an application that ranks these people and gives them a gift of $100 in gift cards. This is a great example of Propagation Planning coming to life.
