I've found very rich conversation stems from slide 24 because the identification of influencers is perhaps the most challenging and significant for brands. Thus I believe the three-step process proposed in this presentation trivializes the process. For example, it doesn't allude to the balance between the automated and manual processes that enable the most efficient and effective identification of influencers!
