While I was in Stockholm this case study won the best prize at the Swedish Advertising Award show I attended. I also had the privlage of speaking at Berghs School of Communication.
A couple of people that worked on this now work with me at BBH. It's a great example of showing value to those who have spent time growing their communties, while addressing the biggest fish in the ocean.


I'd be curious to know how much additional coverage Ashton tweeting about it actually generated for the site. There's been a lot of interesting research around those top 1% of Twitter followers and how they don't necessarily lead to great conversions when they tweet about things.
Still, I think co-opting Ashton's reputation/following and spinning it on its head is a smart move.
